Civil Construction Foreman
Job description
As a Civil Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, managing a team of workers, ensuring the project is executed according to plans and specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will be the key point of contact for workers and contractors on-site and ensure the smooth execution of civil construction activities.
What you’ll do:
Supervision: Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Team Management: Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Execution: Ensure all construction tasks are executed according to project drawings and specifications.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs and report project progress to the Project Manager.

We need you to have:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction with supervisory experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and project execution.
Leadership: Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues.
Certification: Health and safety certification (NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
